With this kit we have done the leg work of choosing the correct oil for your application so you can shop with confidence knowing that you are using the correct fluid and filter for your Mercedes. And that is exactly what we chose from the industry leader in engine oils.
In this kit we include 9 Liters of Liqui Moly 5W-40 oil that meets the MB 229.5 spec. We also include an OEM oil filter a crush washer and a new drain plug. The original plastic drain plugs are not meant to be re-used. When filling this series of engines start with 8 liters and then top off only if necessary.
